Customer records can only be deleting if there are no transactions recorded against the account e.g. no sales orders, quotes , Service Manager jobs etc. The associated Contact record can also be deleted at the same time.
Steps

 Maintenance |
| 2. | Load the search window and select the relevant account |
| 3. | Click
|
| 4. | Yes to the question 'Are you sure you wish to delete this Debtor?' |
| 5. | Yes or No to the question 'Do you wish to delete the contact record also?' |
